| Answer: | Our staff of professionals is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, just call. |

| Answer: | If you request immediate assistance, yes. If the family wishes to spend a short time with the deceased to say good bye, it's acceptable. We'll come when your time is right. |

| Answer: | Yes, we serve St.Catharines, as well as all surrounding communities. We can also assist you with funeral arrangements outside of the province or country, including transfering your loved one to or from another province or country. |

| Answer: | Yes, most of the time some sort of viewing precedes the actual cremation. We will also assist you with the necessary information for a funeral with a cremation following or a memorial service. |
| Question #8 | Is embalming required by law? |
| Answer: | No. Embalming normally is preferred if the body is viewed or held for several days. |
